How to request a refund

Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us, within 30 days of purchase.
Include the email address you used at checkout and your order number, if you have it.
We refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Digital products

All our products are digital downloads (PDF files). Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return. After a refund, please delete the downloaded files.

EU / UK right of withdrawal

Because the files are delivered instantly, delivery begins immediately after purchase. Our 30-day money-back guarantee still applies to you, so you can request a full refund within 30 days.
