The ADHD Parent System and all bundles are digital products. Nothing is shipped.

• Delivery: immediately after checkout you’ll see a download link on the confirmation page and receive an email with the same link.
• Format: PDF files in a ZIP download. Read them on any phone, tablet or computer, or print them at home.
• Access: unlimited downloads.
• No email? Check your spam or promotions folder. If it isn’t there within 15 minutes, contact us with the email you used at checkout and we’ll resend it.
